1. Order Processing
All products are handmade and may vary slightly in design, packaging, colour, or arrangement from the photos shown.
2. Delivery Policy
- We deliver Pan India via our delivery partners for specific products only. Delhi/NCR delivery is via Four-Wheelers and the receiver must pickup the hamper from the vehicle to maintain hamper safety.
- While we strive for timely delivery, we are not liable for delays due to unforeseen circumstances like weather, natural disasters, or courier disruptions.
- Delivery slots are indicative and not guaranteed.
3. Custom Orders
- Personalized and customized gifts (e.g., names, photos, messages) are non-cancellable once the process has begun.
- Accuracy of customization details (spelling, images, etc.) is the customer’s responsibility.
4. Payment & Pricing
- All prices are inclusive of packaging and taxes unless otherwise stated.
- Full payment is required at the time of order placement. We accept UPI, net banking, and major payment gateways.
5. Cancellation & Refunds
- Orders can be cancelled up to 24 hours before dispatch/delivery.
- No refunds will be issued; however, the amount will be credited as store credit with no expiry.
6. Product Substitution
In case a specific item is unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute it with a product of equal or higher value, ensuring the overall aesthetic remains intact.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, and designs on this site are the property of The JoyBox Story, Unauthorized use is prohibited.
8. Privacy
Customer data is secure with us and used only for communication, order processing, and promotional updates (opt-out available).
