Order Cancellation:

You may cancel your order up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery or dispatch. Cancellations made after this period will not be accepted, as preparations would have already begun.

Refunds:

We do not offer refunds once an order is placed. However, the full amount will be credited to your JoyBox account as a store credit, which can be used anytime in the future — no expiry.
